The Counsel of The Nations

“Let all the earth fear the Lord;

    let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him!

For he spoke, and it came to be;

    he commanded, and it stood firm.

The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing;

    he frustrates the plans of the peoples.

The counsel of the Lord stands forever,

    the plans of his heart to all generations.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,

    the people whom he has chosen as his heritage!” (Psalms 33:8-12 ESV)

Now the Lord had me do a video talk on this passage of Scripture today, and most all of the video talks are unscripted, i.e. I don’t know what I am going to say until I am doing the video. I just trust the Lord to give me the words to say. So rarely will the video and the written part of this be an exact match of each other. And because of today’s subject, the video and the written part may not cover all the same material. 

Anyway, so as I read this passage of Scripture, what immediately came to mind was the spiritual and moral and political condition of my nation, the United States of America. Especially as some of us may be watching what is going on with our election process and with our x-president Donald Trump vs. our present president, Joe Biden, we just might be thinking about the prophecies of Scripture regarding these last days before Christ’s return.

But let me preface it all with some of what the Lord has been showing me the past 20 years, and has been confirming over and over again via multiple sources from many different places. For the Lord has taught me that the people we think are in charge in our government are just figure heads or puppets, and the puppet masters are a group of the elite and powerful people of the world who are a shadow government who are really in charge.

Therefore, right and left don’t really exist politically. They are just two sides of the same whole playing their roles in the drama called, “The United States Government.” And our votes don’t really matter. So all this drama between Donald Trump and Joe Biden is for the distraction and entertainment and confusion and preoccupation of the American people so that they are not really paying attention to “the man behind the curtain.”

But if you have paid any attention to what has been going on in other nations in the world, let’s say for the past 20 years, you might notice some similarities between what is going down in the US with what happened in multiple other nations which were taken over by the One World Order and were conquered in the name of peace. For what is happening in the USA is following the same MO (modus operandi) as what happened in these other nations which were “rescued” by the “international community.”

So, basically what this shadow government of the elite does is that it creates the chaos and the riots and the mass killings and the problems within the government structures of nations so that it can go into these nations with a preconceived solution to their “problem.” And the same thing is happening in the USA right now. All the patterns are there if you know what to look for. And this is all according to the rule on how to take over nations.

Now, I went into more detail on this in the video, and so I am not going to keep on this subject other than to say that if we know at all what the Scriptures teach regarding these last days we should be aware that a lot of what was prophesied in the Scriptures is now taking place in the USA and in the other nations of this world. “The Beast” is definitely conquering people and nations and it is deceiving the masses, and soon it will be obvious.

But the Lord allowed all of this to take place, and he had his prophets prophesy about these happenings thousands of years ago, so none of this should take us by surprise. But we need to be paying attention to what is going on, and we must pray for spiritual discernment and wisdom so that we don’t get caught up in the lies and in the drama and so we aren’t duped by master manipulators. For not everything is as it appears on the outside.

But, in the end of it all, the Lord is going to bring the counsel of the nations to nothing. Amen! And he is going to frustrate the plans of those who think that they are gods and that they are untouchable, and the plans of those who think they know better than God and that they can just live however they want and that God will still let them into his heaven. Wrong! If sin is our practice, and not obedience to God, we will not inherit eternal life.

So, we need to be people of God who are listening to his counsel, and who are following in his ways, and according to his commands, and who are discerning lies from truth, and who are following the truth and not the lies. And we need to deny self, die daily to sin, by the Spirit, and walk in conduct in obedience to our Lord and to his commands from now to eternity if we want salvation from sin and eternal life with God.

Should I Not Preach Jesus

Based off 1 Corinthians 9:16-10:13

Woe to me should I not preach Jesus.

I’m compelled to preach the full gospel.

I make myself a slave to ev’ryone

To win their hearts to Christ.

All this I do for my Lord Jesus,

And for the sake of His Name;

Do it for the sake of His gospel,

So that I, its blessings gain.

Scripture notates the sins of others;

Written down for us as examples

To keep us from setting our hearts 

On evil as did those of old.

Do not worship other gods of man;

Do not give your hearts to them;

Not partake in immorality.

Do not test your Lord and King.

So, be careful if you think you are

Standing firm in your faith in Jesus.

God has given his word to warn us, 

So through faith we will not fall.

No temptation has o’ertaken you

Except what is commonplace.

God is faithful to not let you be

Tempted past what you can bear.

He gives the way of escape.
