Each Day I Live

Each day I live for Jesus Christ,

To walk with Him, to not think twice

About will I serve Him today,

For my desire’s to kneel and pray.

But all this comes straight from the Lord.

And when He called, I got on board,

For by His grace, saved me from sin,

So I would only live for Him.

Not perfect was I all my life.

I had my times I lived in strife,

When I resisted pure within,

And when I did not live for Him.

But gently He kept prodding me,

Return to Him, from sin set free,

So I returned, remained there since,

I do not bow to circumstance.

His wisdom now is what leads me,

To stay the course in not defeat,

To keep the faith, to Him not fail,

To worship Him, o’er sin prevail,

To live the life which He did plan,

That I should live by His command,

To walk with Him by faith each day,

To do His will, and not betray.

He called me then to speak His Word

On internet, to share what learned

From times spent with Him every day

To hear from Him, and not delay

To do His will, His calling sure,

To teach His truths, which they are pure,

To call for all to die to sin

And now to daily live for Him.
