I also woke from A DREAM: All I remember of the dream is that I took down two different sets of greeting cards. At least one set of 5 (?) was off of the top of my office supply cabinet. And, I know that set of cards represented my birthday cards from this past December 31, 2010, when I turned 61 years of age. END

Jesus Arrested
1 When he had finished praying, Jesus left with his disciples and crossed the Kidron Valley. On the other side there was an olive grove, and he and his disciples went into it.
2 Now Judas, who betrayed him, knew the place, because Jesus had often met there with his disciples. 3 So Judas came to the grove, guiding a detachment of soldiers and some officials from the chief priests and Pharisees. They were carrying torches, lanterns and weapons.
4 Jesus, knowing all that was going to happen to him, went out and asked them, “Who is it you want?”
5 “Jesus of Nazareth,” they replied.
“I am he,” Jesus said. (And Judas the traitor was standing there with them.) 6 When Jesus said, “I am he,” they drew back and fell to the ground.
7 Again he asked them, “Who is it you want?”
And they said, “Jesus of Nazareth.”
8 “I told you that I am he,” Jesus answered. “If you are looking for me, then let these men go.” 9 This happened so that the words he had spoken would be fulfilled: “I have not lost one of those you gave me.”
10 Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant, cutting off his right ear. (The servant’s name was Malchus.)
11 Jesus commanded Peter, “Put your sword away! Shall I not drink the cup the Father has given me?”
After I recorded this, I remembered another part of the dream or else this was another dream. In real life I have a bad head cold or sinus infection and I also have some wax buildup in my left ear. The doctor prescribed that I place 5 drops of baby oil (J&J) in my left ear to soften the wax so that the wax loosens and comes out, and if that doesn’t work after two weeks, he will flush it out. In THE DREAM, the doctor doubled the amount of baby oil and/or he doubled the number of times each day that I should put the baby oil in my ear to soften the wax in my left ear for easy removal. END
I think it was right after I recorded my initial thoughts on this first dream that I recalled the second dream (or second part of the first dream). My initial thoughts were that the removal of my birthday cards from the top of my office supply cabinet had to do with the removal of people from office who are at the top of an organization and/or who are at the top of a cabinet (a group of senior officials appointed by a president, prime minister, or other government leader to advise on policy – Encarta).
So, I checked out the news to see if there were any stories of people being removed from office. The top story was such a story, yet other stories followed that had similar themes of people being removed from office or from the possibility of position. I read these stories:

My Understanding: First off, I would like to look at the symbols. To take someone down (as I took down the greeting cards) means: 1. To bring to a lower position from a higher one; 2. To take apart; dismantle; and 3. To lower the arrogance or the self-esteem of (a person) - http://www.thefreedictionary.com/take+down. I took one set (of 5?) down from the top of my office supply cabinet. Top means “the most important position or most senior rank, or the person occupying it.” Cabinet means “a group of senior officials appointed by a president, prime minister, or other government leader to advise on policy.” Office means “a commercial or professional organization; a major executive branch in some national governments.” And supply means “to give, sell, or make available something that is wanted or needed by somebody or something.” [Definitions: Encarta]
The cards represented my birthday celebration, so by removing them, it meant I was done celebrating my day of birth. Each card represented an individual person who had decided to give me a greeting in sharing with me in that celebration. This brought to mind the news story of the 3, now 4 and possibly 5 ministers in the new (day old) Tunisia government that quit after only being in office one day. The celebration was thus over. The article states that the “walkout” came a day after an announced government shake-up. The article stated that a “new unity government” was a necessary step “because we need them in this phase,” i.e. he was speaking of including members of the previous government in the new government, and that didn’t go over too well. The article also stated that “The downfall of the 74-year-old Ben Ali, who had taken power in a bloodless coup in 1987, served as a warning to other autocratic leaders in the Arab world.” A “downfall” is kind of like taking someone down.
The second article on this same subject in which now 4 ministers had resigned, the article stated that “It was not immediately clear if the resignations could bring down the government.” Protestors were demanding that the new cabinet be purged of the old guard that served Ben Ali. A 22 year old student expressed concern that their revolution would be stolen from them and that this new government (the unity government) would not care about the freedoms of the people.
There was an article about Steve Jobs, Apple CEO, taking a second medical leave of absence from his job. The article stated that “many believe the company can function successfully even without Jobs in the corner office full-time.” In my dream (and in real life), my office supply cabinet sits in the corner of my office to my left. The article also said, “Some stockholders may fear that without Jobs, Apple could lose its lead to tablets running Google’s Android software or Microsoft Corp.’s Windows.” On the subject of “jobs,” another article said that “Republicans pushing to repeal President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul warn that 650,000 jobs will be lost if the law is allowed to stand.” Steve Jobs appears to be stepping down temporarily for a medical leave, though the part about Jobs in “the corner” did stand out to me in relation to the dream. I also wonder if, perhaps, this is to be a play on words, as well, and is to be paralleled over to the possibility of the loss of 650,000 jobs, which could be contained within the cabinet or could be part of that other set of cards that were brought down from whence I am not certain. I felt as though they were Christmas cards. Then, there was the article about the 45+ police recruits who were killed supposedly by a suicide bomber in Iraq. In the dream, it was the supply cabinet in the corner on top of which these cards sat that were brought down. Supply is another word for reserve, resource, stock, etc., which made me think of these recruits.
Then, there was the article, too, about Haiti’s ex-dictator who had already been deposed of office. His nickname was “Baby Doc.” I immediately made a connection between his nickname and the dream about my doctor prescribing baby oil as a remedy for the wax buildup in my left ear. The article stated that he “greeted” old friends and allies from a posh hotel room, “while providing no insight into why he suddenly returned to the country he fled amid a popular rebellion a generation ago.” The article stated that, “The immediate speculation was on whether the ex-dictator’s return is a mere precursor to a potentially more epochal event; a return by the man who helped lead the movement to topple him, ex-President Jean-Bertrand Aristide, who had been in South African exile since 2004.”
In a subsequent news article about “Baby Doc,” it said that “Haitian police took ex-dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier out of his hotel Tuesday without saying whether he was being detained for crimes committed under his brutal regime.” “The move came after he met in private with senior Haitian judicial officials met inside his hotel room amid calls by human rights groups and other for his arrest.”
In the article about Obama, it said, “Obama will order a review of federal regulations with an eye toward getting rid of those that stifle job creation and hurt economic growth.” “Getting rid of” is a whole lot like “taking down”. Then, it said that “Obama wants his administration to strike a balance between protecting the public and promoting economic growth.” I could not help but think of the riots and the change-up of government in Tunisia where they were trying to strike a balance between the old government and the new government by forming a “unity” government, and there was concern that people’s liberties and freedoms would be sacrificed in the process. The article continued: “The review, Obama wrote, tells agencies to look for outdated regulations that make the U.S. economy less competitive.” Ok, the birthday cards were “outdated” (past my birthday), so I took them down. This sounds like a shake-up of our own government, not just with people but with our laws and regulations. I am 61. NATO and the People’s Republic of China are also 61. NATO is a unified military effort of many nations and I believe an arm of the New World Order.
The article concluded by saying, “It’s a review that will help bring order to regulations that have become a patchwork of overlapping rules…” This brought to mind the old and new governments in Tunisia that were overlapping each other that was causing such a stir. I do believe we have “overlapping” governments here in the US, as well, with the New World Order taking control and yet much of the old government still in place. Then, Obama wrote, “We are also making it our mission to root out regulations that conflict, that are not worth the cost, or that are just plain dumb.” This brought to mind not only the taking down of the greeting cards that were on top of my office supply cabinet, but also it brought to mind this rooting out of this wax buildup in my ear that the “Doc” had prescribed “baby oil” as treatment for and in the second dream was being doubled in dose or in applications, i.e. the process was being sped up. It sounds as though the process of rooting out the old and bringing in the new is being sped up here, too, i.e. we are going to see an acceleration of changes in rules and in people in positions of rule world-wide, it appears.
Lastly, with regard to the news, I read the article about China’s leader Hu Jinatao’s visit currently to the U.S. in which U.S. companies are stressing during this meeting: “Stopping the theft of intellectual property, and getting a fair chance to win governmental contracts.” The article said that “No one expects any big breakthroughs. Instead, many U.S. companies hold out hope that the meetings between Hu and President Barack Obama will make it easier to reach long-term solutions to the major trade disputes dividing the world’s two largest economies.”
Ok, here I definitely saw a relation between these statements and the dream about doubling the remedy for getting the wax buildup out of my ear. When someone has wax buildup in one’s ear, it can cause hearing impairment. The wax is in my left (or west) ear. When someone feels as though you are not listening to them, he may say, “Take the wax out of your ears.” So, I feel as though this is about getting the “wax” out of the west ear of the New World Order (that would be us) so that we can hear better rather than the other way around. A breakthrough for my ear would be to have the wax removed. Right now it is a slow process of softening the wax for easy removal, so I saw the “big breakthroughs” that no one expects in these talks between the US and China as related to this wax problem in my ear that hampers my ability to hear out of that ear. The U.S. companies were hoping that the meetings between Hu and Obama would “make it easier to reach long-term solutions.” My long-term solution is to use this baby oil in my ear for two weeks until the wax loosens and comes out on its own. If that does not work, it will have to be flushed out. I think I am getting the picture here. China plus the U.S. is now “double” the solution to try to unstop the ears in the west which is not listening, and if that double solution does not work, then there will be a “flushing”, and that could be where “Baby Doc” enters.
I believe that God is using Obama and the New World Order as his divine instruments of judgment on the world. And, one day, God will then judge them, too. Things are only going to accelerate and get worse. More and more of what we read in these news stories is going to take place. If the slow process of applying oil to the wax in the ears, even though now doubled in time and application, does not work, then a “flushing” will take place. The “flushing” is probably inevitable as we are coming into the time of the Great Tribulation with great force (don’t know the timing) and to the rule of the beast over the entire world.
I believe that the events leading up to Jesus’ death on the cross, his burial and his resurrection are not only literal, but they stand as a symbol of what will take place in these last days as there will be much preparation that must take place for this takeover of the beast, there will be much loss of life, property, deposing of people in positions of authority, changing of rules and regulations that are “outdated,” etc., and then the time will come when the world will face its “crucifixion” moment and all hell will literally break loose upon the earth. The earth will be in “the tomb” of the Great Tribulation for 3.5 years and then will come the resurrection when Jesus returns and he resurrects all those who have died in Christ Jesus and he takes those who are still alive and remaining to be with him and then we will ever be with the Lord!
This song is about depending upon the love of Jesus and letting go of those who have chosen the ways of the world instead of choosing to follow our Lord. It encourages us to stay strong in our faith even when those we have trusted fail us and even betray us or forsake us, as Jesus’ disciples forsook him and one betrayed him. The song encourages us to focus our attention and dependence, not upon man who will fail us, but upon our Lord Jesus Christ. We should depend upon his love, because his love will never fail us.
Yet, there is hope! 11 of Jesus’ disciples who had forsaken him in his hour of need came back to him. Amen! They returned and became followers and apostles and shook this world for Jesus Christ! Sometimes we have to let go and let God and let God bring them back to Jesus. And, we just have to put our hope and confidence in the only Lord of our lives, Jesus Christ, and him crucified, buried and risen again, conquering death, hell, Satan and the control, power, dominion, rule, and authority of sin over our lives. Let Jesus be your love, your best friend, the one in whom you place your trust, your hope, etc. And, place your dependency in his love, because his love never fails!
