THE DREAM: I was at someone else’s house helping them to prepare a meal. I went to the refrigerator and pulled out some very large white potatoes and some chicken legs and other chicken pieces, one of which, when I cut into it, had ham in the middle on the inside. I was also planning to put sweet potatoes in with the chicken and white potatoes into a pot.
I began the process of cutting up or breaking apart the chicken and potatoes. I placed them inside a pot to cook them. Then, I realized I had no room in the pot for the sweet potatoes, so I decided I would make another pot for those.
I placed the pot or else someone else placed the pot on the stove to cook the contents of the pot. Then, I realized I had missed something that I wanted to add to the pot, as there was still a little room left at the top, so I went to get the pot off the stove. Someone to my right (or east) had placed it on a gas burner that was high up on another level at the back of the stove on the left (or west) side. It was almost to where I could not reach it.
I was not familiar with how to use a gas stove, i.e. how to operate the burners, but I was trying to turn the burner off underneath my pan so that I could remove my pan from the stove. The pan was turned in such a direction that it was difficult to grasp it with my hands, so I grabbed it from the top of the lid. Then, I discovered that the pot was empty except for just a small amount of liquid left at the bottom of the pot. This other person to my right (or east) had taken the contents of my pot and had placed the contents inside another pot or pan belonging to him or her, yet she had left my pan empty on a burner (flame).
I went back to the refrigerator and sink which were south of the stove (or else the stove was west and the refrigerator and sink were east) and I began to cut up some more food to place inside the pot, as well as I had planned to still prepare the sweet potatoes. I had thought about making bread, but I decided against it, as well as I assumed that the host would provide the remainder of the food, including a green vegetable.
Elizabeth (meaning: My God is an oath) put on a dress that was supposed to be some kind of ancestral dress. I helped pull her blonde hair out from inside the dress. I was supposed to cook her hair in something, maybe in with my pot of chicken, ham and potatoes, but I decided not to cut her hair and not to add it to the pot.
Samuel (meaning: God has heard) was at the end of this dream, but I don’t remember what he did. END
Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening. I read John 3:1-21:
Jesus Teaches Nicodemus
1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a member of the Jewish ruling council. 2 He came to Jesus at night and said, “Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him.”
3 In reply Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.”
4 “How can a man be born when he is old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born!”
5 Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”
9 “How can this be?” Nicodemus asked.
10 “You are Israel’s teacher,” said Jesus, “and do you not understand these things? 11 I tell you the truth, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony. 12 I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? 13 No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man. 14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, 15 that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.
16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.”
My Understanding: I prayed for understanding, recognizing that only God can give that to me and that I cannot do this in my own flesh. Then, I read these news stories:

As I prayerfully considered this dream in light of these news stories, I saw that these phrases from the news stories fit under general categories related to the dream.
The far-reaching pot at the back of the stove on the top left (west) burner (flame) with its contents removed all but a little liquid at the bottom of the pan:
• Far-reaching accords will be difficult in Washington
• 2010 healthcare overhaul
• Shrunken Democratic ranks
• Republicans leverage
• Gibbs decided to “step back a little”
• Democrats majority down
• Increase openness in Congress
• Bankrupt the federal government

Summary: After much prayer over this dream, the Lord brought to mind that the contents of the larger pot to the east (right) are the same as had been the contents to the pot to the left (west). So, the contents are the same stuff, they are just now inside a different pot; or the contents are the same people or same inner workings, just in a different outer shell and in a new location. Since the pot itself appears to represent Washington, D.C., and its contents are now removed and are moved to the east and are inside another pot, I believe what the Lord is showing me here is that the control over Washington, D.C. and our government has now moved east and is under the control of the New World Order. What is left is only a little liquid (cash) at the bottom of the pot, and even that is under fire. So, the government of the United States of America is now a mere shell of what it was and is over an open flame, and that flame appears to represent the top levels of the White House.
Thus, the “far-reaching accords” that will be difficult in Washington represent this new accord with the New World Order that places the shell of Washington, D.C. emptied of its contents (people; resources; power), leaves it over an open flame, and moves its contents to a new “pot” and in a new location in the east. This goes to the concept of a garment of ancestry under which this blonde hair had been hidden and is now out in the open. Blonde hair is often a symbol of the Arian race, but hair itself is usually a picture of authority over a head. In this case the name Elizabeth was given and her name means “My God is an oath,” so her name is associated with an oath, which I took to be this oath of office, so this hair thus represents this authority structure that is over this oath of office that has now come outside the ancestral garment, which goes back to this New World Order. So, the New World Order is truly the “party” that is now in control of the government of the USA.
This also fits with the “challenges and opportunities” for the White House. The pot nearly emptied of its people, resources, and power is over an open flame, and its contents have now been placed inside another pot to the east. This represents the challenges. The opportunities, though, are to move to the new pot and to join in with the ranks there. Thus, the divided government would represent this division between the remaining shell (nearly empty pot) of a government in D.C. that is over an open flame, and this new pot in the east that now contains most of our people, resources and power. Thus, the new majority is not the Republican Party, but the new majority is the New World Order which now controls the USA government and probably most of the governments of the world, if not all.
In this passage of scripture in John 3, we have the picture of what it means to truly come into relationship with Jesus Christ. We are first of all born physically, but we are also born in the flesh, i.e. the flesh or sinful nature. Our physical birth is a birth by water and our spiritual birth is a birth by the Spirit. “Flesh gives birth to flesh” has to do with a human being giving birth to another human being, although this could also be a reference to the flesh of the sin nature which can only birth more of the sin nature, i.e. we cannot earn salvation through human effort. We must be born again of the Spirit of God. The idea of birth has to do with a new beginning or starting as an infant, and the concept of “again” means to start over in a different form and from a new source. We cannot put the Spirit inside our old sin nature (our flesh), for the Bible says you can’t put new wine in old wine skins. There has to be a transformation. It is like beginning again and anew with a new parent who will teach us and train us to eat, speak, walk, etc. And, the new parent is God Almighty. And, the means for this new birth is through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ who was our perfect sacrifice for our sins so that we could be set free, not only from the penalty of sin but from the bondage to and the control of sin over our lives.
Yet, many people did not and do not accept this message because they are dull of hearing and understanding, because their eyes are blinded to the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. They are among those who do not believe and who stand condemned before God, because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son (Jesus Christ). Then come the key verses, which I believe are directly related to this dream and to these news articles. They can be found in vv. 19-20 which say that even though Light (Jesus Christ) has come into the world, “men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil” and their deeds will be exposed (like the hair being pulled out from under the garment). Yet, whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, and that is where we need to be found.
