They Will Lead Many Astray

Matthew 24:3-5 ESV

“As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, ‘Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?’ And Jesus answered them, ‘See that no one leads you astray. For many will come in my name, saying, “I am the Christ,” and they will lead many astray.’” 

Now, I am not personally aware of anyone publicly proclaiming that he is the Christ, but that doesn’t mean that this has not yet happened. But I am fully aware of many men acting as though they are the Christ and that the people are to worship them as though they are God, and they are many in number. For many pastors of “churches” these days, at least here in America, are being trained in being cult leaders and in demanding absolute loyalty to themselves. I even had one pastor tell me that I was to sit back and let him be God’s voice to me. Wow! And he meant it!

Many of these church congregations, as well, have done away with elders and deacons and with committees, and are being controlled by a single pastor and a small group of faithful followers who will do whatever he says to do and who will report anyone who is not in agreement with what they are doing, too. And these pastors are being trained in who should be their “target audience,” because these “churches” are being run just like businesses, and they are being marketed to the world. And so they are also being trained in who they want to get rid of, too. And that same pastor told me that he was warned about people like me with “strong convictions.”

And my husband and I went through some of this training which is how I know what some of these pastors are being trained to do, and my husband and I for many years served in areas of ministry within the institutional church so that we got a good hard look at the inner workings of what is going on behind the scenes. And although this is not true of every Christian or every pastor or every church congregation, it appears that the majority of what is called “church” here in America has gone the way of the world and they are running their “churches” like businesses instead of like the biblical body of Christ. And many pastors are teaching lies and are deceiving the people.

Matthew 24:6-8 ESV

“And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are but the beginning of the birth pains.”

My nation, the USA, is 247 years old, I believe. And from what I have read, we have been at war with somebody or other pretty much all 247 years. I believe many of our leaders are those who incite wars with other nations and that they even set up situations (false flags) that will give them an excuse to be at war with other nations. And the US has military bases in 85 countries and territories around the world, with a total of about 750 bases, at least as of July of 2021. Those numbers could have increased or decreased since then. So we are not the “good guys,” but our nation is the world’s terrorists.

Also, many of our government heads are crooked people who do evil to other people and some are even convicted criminals, or at least they have been indicted for criminal acts or there has been much evidence of them committing criminal acts, which I believe doesn’t even begin to cover all the criminal acts our government and their allies are guilty of committing worldwide over the course of our nation’s history. The atrocities believed to have been committed by the USA and its allies are astounding, if truth be told. But it is hard these days to find information that is truthful.

Matthew 24:9-14 ESV

“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name's sake. And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”

Now I will tell you from experience that there are a lot of parallels these days between much of the inner workings of our government and the inner workings of what is called “church,” probably in most cases. For they are both at war against those who take God seriously and who are teaching the truth of the gospel and who are refuting and exposing the lies. And they are both lying to the people, and they are deceiving them. And again, this is not representative of everyone in government or everyone who calls himself a pastor, but from what I have observed, it appears to be the majority.

They are both being controlled by a small number of people, and in the case of our government, it is the “shadow government” comprised of the elite of the world who are the ones truly running the world and many or all governments now and many institutional churches, too. And they are all in the business of deceiving the people and telling them lies and getting them, in essence, to truly reject the one true God in favor of a false substitute god made to look like God, but is not God, because their “god” denies much of what God/Jesus taught and they make up their own lies disguised as truth, and they are controlling and deceiving the masses.

The government has convinced many people if they hear certain key words that they are to immediately respond with “conspiracy theory,” and then to refuse to hear what someone is saying, even if what they are saying is the truth. In the church they are training the people that if they hear certain key words that they are to respond with “works salvation,” with the same result of keeping the people from hearing what might actually be the truth. They are both teaching world peace and harmony and let’s all just compromise and get along with one another, opening the door wide for “the beast.”

Now a lot of what I have learned has been through personal experience, but a lot of it has also been through doing tons of research over a period of 19 years, so there is no way that I can share one document here that will suffice in supporting what I am saying, so these will be things that you will have to learn as you spend time in the Word and in prayer and as you seek God’s voice and as you desire truth over lies. For lies abound these days as do liars and deceivers and not many can be trusted to tell the truth anymore. So all I can ask is that you ask the Lord for wisdom to see how these prophecies of Scripture are being realized today.

Bombs are bursting. Night is falling.

Jesus Christ is gently calling

You to follow Him in all ways.

Trust Him with your life today.

Make Him your Lord and your Savior.

Turn from your sin. Follow Jesus.

He will forgive you of your sin;

Cleanse your heart, made new within.

Men betraying: Our trust fraying.

On our knees to God we’re praying,

Seeking God to give us answers

That are only found in Him.

God is sovereign over all things.

Nothing from His mind escaping.

He has all things under His command,

And will work all for good.

Jesus Christ is gently calling

You to follow Him in all ways.

Men deceiving: We’re believing

In our Lord, and interceding

For our nation and its people

To obey their God today.

He is our hope for our future.

For our wounds He offers suture.

He is all we need for this life.
