Run With It: Shine Like the Stars

Philippians 2:14-16 NIV

“Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, ‘children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.’ Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain.”

My Journey

Regarding the “warped and crooked generation” of today, I am going to share with you my understanding of what I believe the Lord has been showing me through his word, and through current and historical events, since he began opening my eyes to these things sixteen years ago.

He has affirmed and reaffirmed these things many times over, from multiple sources, over the past sixteen years, during a time when such information was more readily available. Now disinformation is everywhere, so it is much harder to find reliable information. Still, everything must be tested.

Let me preface this by letting you know that I was a terrible student when it came to history, government, geography, and world events when I was in school. So, I was not a person who researched things, or who got involved in politics, or who read much of anything other than the Bible.

So, the journey the Lord took me on was out of the realm of my natural person, and out of the realm of my own intellect or natural abilities. He took me to places I had never been before, and he showed me the world, and my nation, and the church at large, through his eyes.

The Government

I live in the USA, so a large part of this is going to be about my nation, but which includes its involvement in the rest of the world, and parts of which do also apply to other nations. For, we now live in a global society, not just in the societies of our individual nations, which is becoming clearer every day.

In the book of Revelation, we read about a great harlot. This prostitute is described to us thus:

“With her the kings of the earth committed adultery, and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries.” Rev 17:2 NIV

She is described as sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns, which are symbolic of power, rule, and authority. The woman is also described as very wealthy, but also as a woman of much immorality and much bloodshed, particularly of the blood of the saints of God who bore testimony to Jesus.

The woman is also described as the great city that rules over the kings of the earth, but the beast and the ten horns will hate the prostitute and they will bring her to ruin.

I admit my understanding of all of this is limited, but this is what I believe the Lord has shown me 100 times over, at least.

Although Babylon is a symbol of the world system, as a whole, I believe that this harlot is more specifically the US government, including their military and the institutional church. And the beast she rides is the elite, wealthy and powerful of the world who are the de facto government of the US. Our government serves them and their purposes and does their bidding.

Our government is largely comprised of actors and puppets who just do what they are told, and who follow scripts, and who give careful and calculated performances to manipulate, deceive, confuse, and control the minds of the people. There is no right and left. They are all one.

They have been going throughout the world for many years conquering one nation after another, stealing their natural resources, killing their people, including Christians, and taking over their governments via the CIA and our military and hired “terrorists” who also do the bidding of the Elite.

The US military has approximately 800 military bases in more than 70 countries. And they are not there to protect our freedoms or to protect us from “terrorists,” for the US government is the world’s terrorists. And they will even kill their own people (on 9/11/01, for example) in order to accomplish their goals of world domination.

Our government leaders will try to convince you that what you are seeing on the news and hearing from their mouths is reality when, in fact, much or most of it is staged and performed by actors in a play. And they don’t hide this anymore. They leave so many holes that are so obvious and yet so many still buy into the official narratives which are not believable.

They will also act as though they care about you and that the draconian measures that they are taking are for your good and for the common good of the people, but they aren’t. They are for the “good” of the Elite “beast” conquering the world and bringing it under a one world government.

A Coup in Process

I have been following the news, though not all of it, for the past sixteen years, as the Lord has been showing me what these government leaders are doing and saying. And I can tell you that what we are seeing take place in the USA right now is a coup, but it is an inside job, i.e., our own leaders are handing us over to the beast to be conquered, censored, and killed.

They are basically following the same modus operandi as they followed in most all these other nations which they have conquered. And deception, mind manipulation, confusion, fear, and disinformation, all combined, is one of the biggest weapons being used against us, the people.

Donald Trump is one of the Elite and he is not our friend. So, don’t put your trust in man, but put your trust solely in God, for he is the only one who is going to get you through the days ahead when the truth of what our government has been up to becomes abundantly apparent.

Also, stop grumbling and complaining among yourselves over things that mostly don’t even exist. That is what the enemy wants. Stop listening to the news and social media and open your ears to hear what the Spirit is saying right now to the church.

We are not going to be able to be blameless and pure children of God in this warped and crooked generation and shine among them like stars in the sky as we hold firmly to the word of life if we are following after lies, and if we are being mind-controlled, and if we are fighting among ourselves over things which don’t matter for eternity, and which ruin our testimonies.

So, pull away from the news and social media junk and TV, and get alone with God, and let him speak truth to your hearts. Trying times are ahead and we need to be spiritually ready for them. We need to shine like the stars and hold firmly to the word of life, and we must live above reproach in this warped and crooked generation, or we won’t make it.
