Romans 13:8-10 ESV
Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and any other commandment, are summed up in this word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
As believers in Jesus Christ, love (Godlike) for other human
beings is not optional. It is our moral obligation to love others as Christ
loved us and gave himself up for us. And, if Christ now lives within us, his
love should be flowing out through us. And, how can we not love others, because
God first loved us? We should be so overflowing with gratitude for how God has
loved us, and because he delivered us from our slavery to sin, that our hearts’
desire should be to love other people with God’s love.
Also, because our Lord is living within us by his Spirit,
and our hearts have been changed by the Spirit, and we have put to death our
old sinful lifestyles, and we are now walking in accord (in agreement) with the
Spirit, we should not want to do what is harmful to others. We should not want
to cheat on them or steal from them. We should not covet what they have and be
jealous because we don’t have it, too. And, we shouldn’t hate others, nor
commit adultery against them, especially against those we claim to love.
But, this kind of love is not something we muster up in our
own flesh, and then if we can’t figure out how to love others, wonder why we
can’t. This is like the fruit of the Spirit. If our hearts are filled up with
the Spirit of God, and not with the junk of this world, then love will just be
a natural outgrowth from the Spirit of God living within us. So, if we want to
love like God loves us, then we need to yield our lives to God and be filled
with His Spirit.
Romans 13:11-12a ESV
Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. The night is far gone; the day is at hand.
That hour has definitely come here in America for probably
the vast majority of Americans to be awakened from their sleep. All we have to
do is watch the news and we can see how crazy (literally bonkers) things have
gotten, just within our own government. Of course, I believe it is all
orchestrated. I have seen this same M.O. being operated by our nation within other
nations of this world, and in order to take down their governments, and in
order to bring them underneath the one world order of the Elite of the world.
So, when I watch what is going on in our own government and
nation, especially with our president, I see the same M.O. being repeated. I
see that all these fights and quarrels among various groups of people,
especially between Republicans and Democrats, are just theatrics.
In fact, I recommend you read these news stories watching
for words that suggest that, for it seems most of them will tell you what is
really going on, if you pay attention. For, they frequently use the words “setting
the stage,” “on stage,” “performance,” “acting,” “actors,” “plays,” etc. For,
they love to tell the truth, but in a way that is hidden, i.e. “hidden in plain
sight.”
But, truly there is no left and right in our government.
They are both on the same side (on the same page) agreeing together and only
play fighting. And, the play fighting, which is really with evil intent, is to
distract us, to get us all worked up and arguing with one another, to deceive
us, to trap us, but ultimately to destroy our form of government, so that out
of the ashes of the old system, a new world order can take its place, and this
is of the beast. And, this is exactly where things are headed in our nation
right now.
But, we will not see this if we watch TV all the time,
especially TV news, for it is very hypnotic and mind controlling. For, I know a
lot of really smart college educated people who just recite the party lines verbatim
without even conscious thought as to question whether or not any of this is
real.
I used to be one of those, though I never really got
involved much at all in politics. It was never my thing. But, I did vote
straight party line, and I truly believed my party was the good guys and the
other party was the bad guys. I didn’t realize, though, that they are both bad.
I am not saying everyone is, but that overall the majority have bought into the
deception.
Romans 13:12b-14 ESV
So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and sensuality, not in quarreling and jealousy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.
So many Christians, within the institutional church, are
being deceived into buying into the cheap grace gospel which requires no
repentance, no obedience to Christ, and no submission to the Lordship of Christ
over their lives, either. Or else they feel that these are optional,
recommended, but not required for their salvation, even though tons of New
Testament scriptures teach that they are (See: Lu. 9:23-25; Rom. 6:1-23; Rom.
8:1-17; Gal. 5:19-21; Gal. 6:7-8; Eph. 4:17-24; 1 Jn. 1:5-9; Tit. 2:11-14; Ac.
26:18).
And, church has been turned into a circus, in many cases,
with pastors turned into comedians and worship services turned into stage
productions to attract the masses. And, everything is upside down from how it
is supposed to be, and on purpose, too, as we will see. Instead of the church
being the body of Christ, which it still is, in reality, so much of it has
yielded its separateness from the world over to a union with the world. And,
Christians in America have largely adopted the ways of the world into their
lives.
Just like the fiasco that is going on within our government
is on purpose, and the chaos is truly paving the way for the rule of this beast
and his New World Order, all of this moral and spiritual decline within the church,
and the cheap grace gospel, too, are paving the way for the beast’s one world
religion being forced on everyone. And, there are many of our leaders, both
within the government and within the church, who are promoting this unity of
faith which breaks down all that divides us as the people of the world.
Yet, Jesus wasn’t put to death on that cross for being a “good
deed doer” who just went around making everyone feel good about themselves
while they continued on in their sin. He was not murdered for telling people
that they don’t have to stop sinning against God, and that they can still go to
heaven when they die. They did not hang him on that cross for being communal
and for being missional in inviting people over to his home to watch movies and
eat pizza. And, they did not crucify him for uniting himself with all people of
the world in compromise of his faith and practice.
No! Jesus Christ was put to death on that cross because he
told people the truth about their sin, because he told them the truth about
judgment, because he called them to repent of (turn from) their sin, and
because he told them that they must follow him in obedience if they wanted to
have eternal life with God (Lu. 9:23-25; Jn. 6:35-66; Jn. 10:27-30).
So, don’t be taken in by all the deception. We are living in
these last days before Jesus’ return. The days are evil, I guarantee it! Ask
the Lord that he would open your eyes to the truth, and then walk in that
truth. For, time is running out. We must put off the deeds of darkness, and we
must put on the light of Christ – of truth, purity, holiness, faithfulness and
godliness.
And, we must make no provision for the flesh, so we must
also put off all which leads us into sin, too. Cut them off! Don’t die in your
sins thinking you are going to heaven because you were not willing to follow
the Lord Jesus in obedience, and because you loved your sin in place of loving
Jesus Christ.

Walking daily with my Savior
brings me joy.
Loving Father; precious Jesus;
He’s my Savior and my Lord.
Gently leads me; follow Him.
I’ve invited Him within.
Now abiding in His presence,
oh, what peace.
From my self-life
He has brought me,
By His mercy, full release.
Hope and comfort,
peace and safety Jesus brings
When I daily bow before Him;
Obey freely; do His will.
Follow Him where’er He leads.
Listen to Him; His words heed.
Now obeying his words fully,
oh, what love
That He gives me
through salvation,
By His Spirit, from above.
Loving Father; precious Jesus,
He’s my friend.
With my Savior, by His Spirit,
I will endure to the end.
Share the gospel, tell what’s true.
Witness daily; His will do.
Tell the world of how their Savior
bled and died.
On a cruel cross He suffered
So that we might be alive.
