2015, 3:00 p.m. – The Lord Jesus put in mind the song “Your Grace Divine.” Speak, Lord, your words to my heart. I read Isaiah 63 (Selected vv. NASB).
He Redeemed Them
(vv. 7-9)
I
shall make mention of the lovingkindnesses of the Lord, the praises of the
Lord,
According
to all that the Lord has granted us,
And
the great goodness toward the house of Israel,
Which
He has granted them according to His compassion
And
according to the abundance of His lovingkindnesses.
For
He said, “Surely, they are My people,
Sons
who will not deal falsely.”
So
He became their Savior.
In
all their affliction He was afflicted,
And
the angel of His presence saved them;
In
His love and in His mercy He redeemed them,
And
He lifted them and carried them all the days of old.
God the Father sent his Son Jesus Christ, God the Son, to
the earth to take on human flesh, to suffer as we suffer, and to be tempted in
like manner as we are also tempted, yet without sin. When he walked the face of
this earth, he was fully God yet fully man. God the Father sent his Son to die
on a cross and to take upon himself the sins of the entire world, so that when
he died, our sins died with him, and were buried with him. When he was
resurrected from the dead, he rose victorious over sin, Satan, hell and death.
Amen!
By God’s grace, through faith in Jesus Christ, we can be
saved from our sins and have eternal life with God both now and for eternity.
This faith involves dying with Christ to sin and being resurrected with Christ
to newness of life (Ro. 6:1-23). Jesus died that we might die to sin and live
to righteousness (1 Pet. 2:24). He died that we might no longer live for
ourselves, but for him who gave himself up for us (2 Co. 5:15). He died that
the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us who walk no
longer after the flesh, but who conduct our lives according to the Spirit, for
if we walk according to the flesh, we will die, but if by the Spirit we put to
death the deeds of the flesh, we will live (Ro. 8:1-14).
Coming to faith in Jesus Christ means we put off the old
self, “which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires,” that we are made new
in the attitude of our minds by the Spirit of God, and that we put on the new
self, “created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness” (Eph. 4:17-24).
God’s grace, which brings us salvation, is NOT a free license to continue in
sin. He delivered us from slavery to sin, so how can we live in it any longer?
God’s grace teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to
live self-controlled, upright and godly lives while we wait for Christ’s return
(Tit. 2:11-14). In other words, we are saved from sin in order that we might no
longer live according to our flesh, but that we might walk daily in Christ’s
righteousness and holiness. This is true grace!
But They Rebelled
(v. 10)
But
they rebelled
And
grieved His Holy Spirit;
Therefore
He turned Himself to become their enemy,
He
fought against them.
Much of today’s church has turned away from their God, they have
rebelled against him, and have grieved his Holy Spirit. They have become too
much like the world in thought and in deed, and are not living holy lives
separate (unlike, different) from the world so that they may become like Jesus
in heart, mind, character and deeds. Some (like in the US) have partnered with
evil governments, and have promoted worship of such governments, and have led
their people to follow after humans in place of God, to adopt the ways of this
sinful world, and to accept false doctrines. So, God has become their enemy, and
he is fighting against them, i.e. the adulterous and idolatrous church of today
is under the judgment of Almighty God. So, in what way is God judging his
church in this present world?
One way is through Pope Francis, who is apparently asserting
his authority over the church, but not just the Catholic Church, but the whole
church. It would appear, from reading news articles about him, which often
quote his words, that he is attempting to take the role of Jesus Christ over
the church. Purportedly he sees himself as “pastor and teacher of all
Christians.” Although he claims, it would seem, to guarantee “the obedience and
the conformity of the Church to the will of God,” his loyalties lie elsewhere.
He is subservient to this New World Order “Beast,” which is truly the one
asserting authority over the whole church. And, as one of its spokesmen, his
goal is to get us to bow to this “beast,” including getting all Catholic
bishops and all church leaders worldwide to bow, as well. His messages are all
about getting the people of the world to unite together as one, and to hug the
earth, and to get all religions and all walks of life to become unified into
one body.
According to this news article I read, Francis indicated
that this “hierarchy” of which he speaks is not like that of the powerful of
the world, i.e. the N.W.O. (Elite, Bilderbergs, Trilateral Commission, Council
on Foreign Relations, et al). He described the “hierarchy” of which he speaks
as an “upside-down pyramid,” which has to do with reversal of the old order so
that the old order of things is on the bottom and the new order is on top. The
pyramid of the New World Order with the All-Seeing Eye hovering overhead is not
being turned upside down, in other words. The world is being turned
upside-down. What the Pope is evidently describing is a rebellion, an
abandonment of the old order of things, i.e. a subversion, which is a “systematic
attempt to overthrow a government or a political system by persons who work
secretly from within” (M-W), i.e. they are a shadow government working from
within countries or religious systems in order to overthrow them and to make
way for the New World Order “Beast” to come out of the shadows and to take his
throne.
For instance, Barack Obama is not the brains of the US
government, i.e. he is a puppet, a figurehead, a lip syncer, a batman suit,
with the batman character being the persona of Bruce Wayne, i.e. the Elite of
this world who really run the world. In other words, Obama is the face and
voice of the New World Order, as is the Pope, and many others, perhaps, but it
is this shadow government working behind the scenes in our nation which is the
one truly calling all the shots and making the decisions. Obama just follows
orders. Period! So, when our government (our present administration in the White
House) makes decisions, or goes into other nations and invades them, or strikes
other nations or peoples, it is this shadow government driving from the “backseat,”
so to speak. In other words, what we see and what we think is the “real world”
in many cases is just a façade, and the world we think exists is not real at
all, but much of it is just a fabrication from the minds of the Elite.
In the situation in Syria, for example, we read in the news
that supposedly the US and Russia are at odds with each other, but they are
really members of the same team, i.e. the New World Order team, i.e. they are
working for the same people. They are neither one striking “terrorists,” for our
government leaders, at least that I know of, are the ones supporting, training
and equipping the terrorists, which means the N.W.O. is doing this. They are
striking Christians, and church leaders, and all opposing forces to the
takeover of the N.W.O., and they are striking against independent nations
(governments) and the old order of things to make way for the new order to rule
the entire planet. They are inciting a revolution (cultural) in which they turn
the world topsy-turvy, and the world now becomes subjected to this “beast”
(communism, totalitarian authority, one-world government), which hates
Christians, and is out to destroy them and the gospel of salvation. Russia is
not trying to bolster the regime of Al-Assad, but that of the N.W.O. This is
all about N.W.O. control.
In Canada, a new PM has been elected, but not really.
Elections may take place, but they don’t really happen, i.e. the shadow
government within nations sees to it that these elections go the way they have
planned. This new guy is N.W.O., i.e. he is one of their servants. And, once
again, this election was about doing away with the old order of things in order
to bring in the new order, i.e. it is about displacing national governments
with the N.W.O. This is about putting the N.W.O. “Beast” into the driver’s seat
in all nations and over the church, too, across the globe. And, this is about
all nations coming together as one, under one head, and all governments and the
church, too, bowing in submission to the N.W.O. “Beast.” As well, this refugee
situation globally is also about the takeover of the New World Order. Whether
they are literally refugees from nations, or they are soldiers in disguise, and
this is a “Trojan Horse,” or a little of both, this is about the N.W.O.
takeover of the nations of the world, and them invading the nations, however
that looks.
They are after independent nations, and all opposing forces
to their takeover, and they are definitely against believers in Jesus Christ
and the gospel of our salvation, and they are making threats against the
church, much of which comes through the mouths of Obama and Pope Francis. They
are trying to get believers in Jesus Christ to compromise with this “beast” by
agreeing to not share their faith in Jesus Christ so as not to offend other
people or to make other people feel bad about themselves. Satan has been
getting much of the church to do this for some time now. They are trying to
turn the church into a civic center for all people, which is where much of the
church is already today. And, they are turning the gospel into “good works”
only, but minus the message of the cross of Christ.
The “shocker” in all of this, for a lot of Christians, I
believe, is that God is behind this, not that God is in support of his gospel
being attacked and dismantled, but that he is allowing this “beast” and its
shadow government within nations to take down the governments of nations and to
oppress and persecute his church in order to get his church to acknowledge him
as the holy God that he is, and to turn their hearts back to him in faithful
surrender and obedience before Jesus Christ returns to gather his bride to
himself. From God’s vantage point, this is about the revival of his church and the
salvation of souls, for when his church is revived, the light of the gospel of
our salvation will shine through the church throughout the world and many
people will come to faith in Jesus Christ as a result (See the book of Isaiah).
So, this, too, is God’s grace, because the goal of it is the salvation of souls
and the revival of his church.
God has been giving these messages, and others like them, to
his church for some time now, confronting his church with their sins, warning
of judgment, warning of wolves in sheep’s clothing and against false doctrines,
calling his people to repentance, and promising restoration to the repentant.
Yet, most of the church kept going on, business as usual, largely ignoring the
messages, and thinking that life as they know it will just continue to go on.
Yet, God always keeps his word, and that is what he is doing. He is coming to
the rescue, because the church has largely been blinded by this veil of
deception which has come over the church. When the church suffers persecution
at the hand of this “Beast,” though, they will awaken to the reality of where
they have been, and of how they have been treating their God, and many will humble
themselves, and God will heal them. Amen!
Your Grace Divine
/ An Original Work / November 6, 2011
All I have is Yours, Lord.
You gave all to me,
When You died at Calv’ry
On that cruel tree.
Crucified for my sins;
You paid what I owe,
So I’d be forgiven;
My God come to know.
All I have is Yours, Lord.
You gave all to me,
When You died at Calv’ry
On that cruel tree.
Lord, I am so thankful
For Your grace divine.
I invited You, Lord,
In this heart of mine.
I have been forgiven
For all of my sins,
So I’d live with Jesus;
His grace flow within.
Lord, I am so thankful
For Your grace divine.
I invited You, Lord,
In this heart of mine.
Growing in Your grace, Lord;
Live for You each day;
How I love to worship
You throughout my day.
Sitting at Your feet, Lord,
List’ning to You speak,
Leads me to love You, Lord,
More throughout the week.
Growing in Your grace, Lord;
Live for You each day;
How I love to worship
You throughout my day.
