A Gift

Saturday, September 19, 2015, 5:34 a.m. – The Lord Jesus put in mind the song, “I Sing of His Mercy.” Speak, Lord, your words to my heart. I read Isaiah 29 (select NASB).

Siegeworks Against You (vv. 1-3)

Woe, O Ariel, Ariel the city where David once camped!

Add year to year, observe your feasts on schedule.

I will bring distress to Ariel,

And she will be a city of lamenting and mourning;

And she will be like an Ariel to me.

I will camp against you encircling you,

And I will set siegeworks against you,

And I will raise up battle towers against you.

What the Lord Jesus has been showing me from this passage of scripture this morning, in practical application of these words to our lives and world today, is that the church living in spiritual adultery against her Lord, which would impact the church as a whole, is under siege. The reasons she is under siege is multi-faceted. The vast majority of the church here in America, I know, has partnered with the US government, and has brought the government into the church, placing the government in position over Christ as the head of the church. They market the church just like big business. The Holy Spirit, and the Word of God as the sole authority for our Christian lives, have been pushed out of most churches, and worldliness and humanistic philosophy have been welcomed in their place. The gospel has been diluted to make it more acceptable to this sinful world, and rather than the church confronting sinners with their sin, they are entertaining them and making the church fun.

Even though God has been confronting the church with her sins of spiritual adultery and idolatry, has been warning her of divine judgment, and has been calling her to repentance, so much of the church of today just continues on in their adulterous ways, going through the motions of religious activities, and trusting in a false sense of security, while ignoring all the signs around them which point to the church being under siege.

So, in what way is this siege presently under way? Well, for one, the New World Order has been going throughout the world for some time now conquering nations and attacking the saints of God, persecuting and killing them for their testimonies for Jesus Christ. And, now this persecution of Christians is moving westward. This New World Order “Beast” has incorporated many strategies for taking over the nations of the world, conquering sovereign nations, and killing innocents and Christians. Mainly they create scenarios of chaos, uprisings, riots, bombings, and mass murders, so that they can go into these other nations with a solution to their problems, which is to bring them under the rule of this one-world government. Some of these scenarios are completely staged, while others are partially staged and partially real. It is often difficult these days to discern the fake from the real.

Presently they have created a refugee crisis. Some people believe these are not real refugees but that they are hired guns (terrorists) disguised as refugees in order to come into these countries as a Trojan Horse, in order to take them over. The photos appearing in the news, of these refugees, show mostly men of military age. Others believe they are real refugees, but that the refugee situation was orchestrated by the US/N.W.O. in order to create chaos in these nations, which has the same purpose, which is to conquer these western nations in order to bring them into submission to the N.W.O.

Many of these news articles speak of these refugees going into camps. This passage uses the term “camp” in a negative sense, as an occupation, i.e. of enemy troops surrounding a city and taking hold (control) of it. Some people believe these camps are training camps for terrorists, which are funded by the US/N.W.O. What the Lord Jesus continues to show me about this refugee crisis is that it is truly about the New World Order “Beast” conquering sovereign nations and it is about a war against Christianity. All of this is for the purpose of bringing the world under the rule of this New World Order “Beast” and its one-world religion, which the Lord has been showing me as the religion of freemasonry, which does not worship the One and Only true God and Savior of the world, but which allows each individual to make up his own god, which in essence makes Satan their god, and which tolerates all religions, which then does away with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

This war on Christianity is two-fold, I believe. One way in which the church is under siege is via physical force, and the other is through the words of those who are promoting this one-world religion and who are threatening and trying to convince the Christians of the world to unite with this one-world religion and to forsake their firm stand on the Word of God and their belief in the gospel of salvation as taught by Jesus Christ and his apostles. Two of the strongest voices on the world stage right now promoting this all-inclusive religion and social gospel are Pope Francis and Barack Obama. They are both New World Order. And, when they open their mouths, it reveals their teeth, i.e. that they are threatening the Christians of the world to unite with them in their all-inclusive religion which does away with the foundation of Jesus Christ and his Word in favor of this social gospel, which is no gospel at all, but is a path to destruction, because it perverts the true gospel into something it is not.

Lip Service Only (vv. 13-16)

Then the Lord said,

“Because this people draw near with their words

And honor Me with their lip service,

But they remove their hearts far from Me,

And their reverence for Me consists of tradition learned by rote,

Therefore behold, I will once again deal marvelously with this people, wondrously marvelous;

And the wisdom of their wise men will perish,

And the discernment of their discerning men will be concealed.”

Woe to those who deeply hide their plans from the Lord,

And whose deeds are done in a dark place,

And they say, “Who sees us?” or “Who knows us?”

You turn things around!

Shall the potter be considered as equal with the clay,

That what is made would say to its maker, “He did not make me”;

Or what is formed say to him who formed it, “He has no understanding”?

There is much evil these days going on in the dark (in secret). Some of it is being perpetrated by our national leaders, and some by the leaders of our churches and/or the leaders in our homes. Many go through the motions of making a profession of Christianity, while their words and their actions often speak to the contrary. This is epidemic in today’s church, both within the body of those who are Christians but who have been deceived by the trappings of the world, and within the institutional church in which are many who profess Christ in name only, but whose lifestyles reveal they do not truly know Jesus as Lord and Savior of their lives. Both Barack Obama and Pope Francis claim to be Christians and part of the church, and yet their very words speak volumes which say just the opposite. It is very obvious by the words these men speak that they are against Christianity in a biblical sense of what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ, for they are both promoting death to the old order of biblical Christianity in favor of a more “open” church which serves more like a civic (cultural) center for people of all faiths or no faith at all, much like the freemasons, which is a false religion promoting worship of Satan.

Yet, the church has opened the door for this siege by listening to the voices of human beings over the voice of God, and by teaching a false gospel of grace which is truly a free license for lasciviousness. Much of their teaching is head knowledge only, but they don’t submit themselves to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. They think that being saved is some onetime event that takes place in their lives where they confess Christ as Savior of their lives, but that God requires nothing of them in the way of repentance or obedience, and thus they feel they can continue in sin under the premise of God’s grace yet still have the promise of heaven when they die. They forget or they lack the knowledge that Jesus Christ died that we might die to sin and live to righteousness, and that he died that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us who conduct our lives, not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Our salvation means death to sin a living to righteousness.

A Good Purpose (vv. 18-19, 22b-24)

On that day the deaf will hear words of a book,

And out of their gloom and darkness the eyes of the blind will see.

The afflicted also will increase their gladness in the Lord,

And the needy of mankind will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel…

“Jacob shall not now be ashamed, nor shall his face now turn pale;

But when he sees his children, the work of My hands, in his midst,

They will sanctify My name;

Indeed, they will sanctify the Holy One of Jacob

And will stand in awe of the God of Israel.

“Those who err in mind will know the truth,

And those who criticize will accept instruction.

The Lord was showing me this morning that this “camp,” i.e. this occupation of nations and the church under siege by the enemy, i.e. by God’s divine instruments of judgment against his adulterous church and against the world’s governments - or most especially against the US government/institutional church (Harlot), which rides this New World Order “Beast” - is a gift to the church, i.e. it is a gift of God’s grace in order to bring the church back to her Lord, making him truly the Lord of her life. During this time that the church is under siege we will be educated in the ways of the Lord, and will be instructed in the right way. At this “camp for Christians” we will learn about God and his holiness, and we will be taught the true gospel of salvation. This will be where the wayward church finally stands in awe of God Almighty, instead of treating him as though he is just there to serve them.

At this camp, though, we will not learn head knowledge only, or how to go through the motions of religious activity, but we will learn of the Lordship of Christ over our lives, and of our need to submit to Christ and to surrender to the cross of Christ in our lives, and how to live holy lives pleasing to God, which is our reasonable service of worship of him (Ro. 12:1-2). Those who have been blinded to the ways of God will have their eyes open, and those who had been living a life of secret sin, done in the darkness, will now no longer be ashamed, because they will have now repented of their sins, and turned to follow and honor Jesus Christ with their lives. So, although this siege will be painful, it will be a gift, because it will bring the church back into proper relationship with her husband, Jesus Christ.

Blessed are those whose sins are forgiven

By the blood of Jesus Christ.

Lord, You are my hiding place.

I find my refuge in You secure.

You protect me from all evil.

You give songs of vict’ry in You.

Lord, You teach me to walk in Your ways;

Counsel me in love, I know.

Help me to not be stubborn and

Unwilling to follow in Your truth.

Thank You for Your love and mercy.

I put my trust in You always.
